Quintessential New England yacht, these are seldom offered
for charter. The SEA HAWK has been enjoyed by particular
yachtsmen because she sails superbly, and attracts attention
wherever seen…a true classic.

Concordia yawls were built of wood in two models; the most
popular and numerous is the 39 footer of which about 75 were
built. SEA HAWK x BEQUIA is a 41 footer, and
one of about 27 sisters. She was launched in 1965 from the
Abeking & Rasmussen Yard in Germany as number 101 out of 103.
Designed by C. Raymond Hunt and Waldo Howland, SEA HAWK
is 41' x 29' 6" x 10' 3" x 5' 10". SEA HAWK
was owned for many years by the indomitable Miss Rose Dolan
of Newport who cruised her extensively every year along the
New England Coast. She is now homeported in Brooklin, Maine
and is maintained in top condition. The yawls are noted for
their carefully thought out design which marries a very sea
kindly hull with a tried and true rig and deck layout, comfortable
accommodations and outstanding performance, all in a very
beautiful classic wooden yacht.
